Doxycycline is bacteriostatic and effective against many gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Doxycycline is the first drug of choice for prophylaxis of “travelers diarrhoea”.Doxycycline is administered orally. Antibiotics require constant drug level in body for therapeutic effect. This is achieved by taking the drug at regular interval of time throughout the day and night as prescribed.
Oray belongs to group of drugs called PPI which decreases the amount of acid in the stomach to overcome the condition of GERD and heartburn gradually. It is also used to hyperacidity in stomach due to long term use of NSAIDs.
Composition: Each capsule contains omeprazole USP (enteric coated pellets) 20 mg
